Every Vytra product is covered by a 2-year limited warranty against defects in materials and workmanship.
What's Covered
- Manufacturing defects
- LED failures within normal use
- Power supply and electronic component failures
- Premature wear of moving parts (hinges, mounts, switches)
What's Not Covered
- Physical damage from drops, impact, or improper installation
- Damage from extreme weather beyond rated IP specifications
- Cosmetic wear (scratches, fading) after normal use
- Damage caused by unauthorized modifications
How to File a Warranty Claim
Email support@vytra.shop with:
- Your order number
- The product name
- A short description and photo/video of the issue
Most warranty claims are processed within 2 business days. Approved claims receive a free replacement or full refund.
Warranty Period
The 2-year warranty begins on the date of original purchase. Keep your order confirmation as proof of purchase.
