We ship from U.S. warehouses to keep delivery fast.

• FREE shipping on orders over $60
• Standard shipping (3-7 business days): $4.99 on orders under $60
• Expedited shipping (2-3 business days): $14.99

Orders placed before 2 PM EST ship same day, Monday through Friday.

Tracking

You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.

Returns

Not satisfied? We offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery.

• Item must be in original condition with all parts and packaging
• Buyer covers return shipping unless item is defective
• Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days of receipt

Damaged or Wrong Item

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, email support@vytra.shop within 7 days with photos. We'll send a replacement at no cost.
